General

Here are our terms and conditions. You must accept these before purchasing goods from us.

All products are subject to availability.

All orders placed by you and purchases of goods from us are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions. They are subject to acceptance by us upon delivery of the goods to you; at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between you and us. Please note that the processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order (including sending you an email confirming your order is being processed) does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

Indicative weights are provided for all products. These are not guaranteed figures, however if you dispute the stated weight you may return the product to us for a full refund (see conditions in our Returns Policy).

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as our electronic processes allow, however we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling by default and include applicable taxes. By choosing another currency from the drop-down menu, prices are converted using a real-time data feed. These prices provide a good indication of what you will be charged, however the final charge made may differ slightly from that shown due to exchange rate fluctuations at the time of processing.

Stock Policy

We aim to hold stocks of all items displayed on the website. However, in some cases stock may not be available from our suppliers. When this applies, the website will not allow an order to be placed or paid for, as we will not accept an order that we cannot fulfil.

If a product is showing as ‘out of stock’, the ‘Add to Basket’ button changes to ‘Notify Me When Available’. If you click this button and complete the form, you will automatically be emailed when that product comes back into stock.

Occasionally, due to human error, our stock levels may not be entirely correct. If we discover we do not have an item that you have ordered, we will contact you immediately once the error comes to light.

Payment Methods

Our website uses industry-leading providers of internet retailing payment solutions for all credit card, debit card, and other transactions.

We also accept payment via your PayPal account.

Returns Policy

PLEASE NOTE: FOR HYGIENE REASONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF UNDERWEAR, SOCKS, OR WASHROOM ACCESSORIES. FOR SAFETY REASONS, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY CLIMBING HARDWARE OR FOOD PRODUCTS.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. We realise that it is not always possible to be completely sure that the fit or other features of a product are exactly what you want, no matter how comprehensive the information is on the website. For this reason, we are pleased to offer a refund or exchange of your purchase (at your discretion), provided the item is returned unused, in its original condition with all tags and supporting information (such as packing notes) within 30 days of you receiving it.

All refunds will exclude any postage paid, such as for faster delivery services. The only exception to this will be when the goods are deemed faulty.

You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service to return goods, as we cannot be responsible for any losses for goods that we do not receive.

We are unable to accept returns for special ordered items that we do not normally stock. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty.
