Our tracked delivery services provide peace of mind with features that typically include:

• Photo confirmation upon delivery.
• Online delivery confirmation with GPS map.

*There are some items we sell, such as power banks, pen knives, or very large items, which may be limited in how they can be sent. Therefore, these items may not qualify for our free shipping offer. This information will be made clear before you add the item to your basket.

• Please note that deliveries to certain locations like islands or remote highland areas can sometimes take longer than the standard timeframe.

International Orders (EU & Rest of World)

Please be aware that your order may be subject to customs taxes and duties at the local rate upon entry in the country of delivery. For deliveries within the EU, goods manufactured within the EU & UK are typically not subject to duty but may have local VAT applied.

If a customer refuses to pay the required customs duties and taxes, the parcel will be returned to us. Please note that any additional charges incurred for the return of the parcel will be deducted from the refund processed upon its return.

For EU and international orders, faster, fully tracked courier shipping options are often available for purchase at the checkout. The cost and speed of these services can vary; details will be calculated and shown when you have items in your basket.
