Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account with us offers several benefits. It allows you to save your shipping and billing details for faster checkout in the future, view your order history, and track the status of your current orders more easily.
What payment methods do you accept?
We want to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay securely using your PayPal account. Additionally, we offer Klarna’s flexible payment services, allowing you to pay later or spread the cost of your purchase in interest-free instalments.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Absolutely. The security of your personal and payment information is our highest priority. Our website uses industry-leading, secure payment gateways provided by our trusted banking partners. Your payment details are encrypted and entered directly through these secure portals. We do not store or have access to your full credit or debit card information, providing you with complete peace of mind.
I have a promotional code. How do I use it?
If you have a valid promotional code, you can enter it at the checkout. There will be a clearly marked box where you can type in your code before you complete your purchase. The discount will then be applied to your order total.
Products & Stock
The item I want is out of stock. Will you be getting more?
We aim to hold stock of all items on our website, but sometimes popular products sell out quickly or we are awaiting a shipment from our suppliers. If a product is out of stock, you can click the “Notify Me When Available” button on the product page. Simply enter your email address, and we will automatically send you a notification as soon as the item is back in stock and available to purchase.
How accurate are the product weights listed on the site?
We provide indicative weights for all products based on manufacturer specifications or our own measurements. While we strive for accuracy, these weights should be used as a guide. Manufacturing tolerances and variations between different sizes or generations of a product can mean the actual weight may differ slightly. If the weight of a product is a critical factor in your decision and you have concerns, please check the information carefully.
How can I be sure of the fit for items like clothing or backpacks?
We understand that fit is crucial, especially when buying online. We encourage you to carefully read the product descriptions, as they often contain specific fit information from the brand. Many product pages also include size charts to help you compare your measurements to the manufacturer’s sizing. If you are still unsure, a good practice is to order two different sizes to try at home, and then simply return the one that doesn’t fit, following our returns policy.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranties
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return most items for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items like underwear, socks, climbing hardware, or food products.
How do I return an item for an exchange?
If you need a different size or colour, the process is similar to a return. Please send the item back to us following our returns procedure, ensuring it’s in its original, unused condition. On your returns note, please clearly state the new size or colour you would like. We will process the exchange subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund for the cost of the goods.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
We rigorously check all products, but on the rare occasion you receive a faulty item, we are here to help. Please contact us with your order number and a detailed description of the fault, including photographs if possible. We will assess the issue and advise on the next steps. If we request the item to be returned for inspection under warranty, we will provide you with a free returns label and the necessary instructions.
Are items covered by a manufacturer’s warranty?
Yes, all products we sell are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The length and terms of the warranty vary by brand and product type. If you experience a fault with a product after the 30-day return period, it may still be covered under warranty. Please contact us with the details, and we will guide you through the process.
